Entrance Exam of BHU for Bsc
I am interested in doing the B.Sc course from the Banaras Hindu University so please tell me in which entrance exam I have to appear to get admission in the B.Sc course in Banaras Hindu University? Give me the important dates of this entrance exam?

Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi facilities Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET) for admission to B. Sc (Hons) Maths course BHU UET Important Dates for BHU B. Sc (Hons) Maths 2017 BHU UET B. Sc (H) Maths Application Begin 2 February 2017 BHU UET B. Sc (H) Maths Application Ends 4 March 2017 BHU UET B. Sc (H) Maths Exam 30 April 2017 (3:00 PM Onwards) A separate test will be conducted for each course. However, there are certain courses where a combined common test will be conducted. BHU UET B. Sc (Hons) Maths Seats Distribution Branches of BHU No. of Seats Faculty of Science 460 M & F MMV (Mahila Maha Vidyalaya) 77 (Female) BHU UET B. Sc (Hons) Maths Eligibility Criteria Age • One applying for the admission should be 22 years or less as on 1st July 2017. • The SC/ST and PC categories candidates will be provided relaxation of 5 years with the upper age limit • The OBC category candidates will be provided relaxation of 3 years with the upper age limit. Academic Qualification • One must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the subjects Physics, Maths plus any one of the following: Chemistry, Statistics, Geology, Computer Science, Informatics practices and Geography. • One must have passed in each of the concerned three subjects and should be supported with the Certificate issued by the Examining body. • One appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply. • The SC/ST candidates do not require a minimum aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying exam as one only need to pass the qualifying exam. • OBC and PC candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. |
