Hi I am interested in knowing about the Gobal Open Universty situated in Nagaland as well as the lists of other state open Universities in India and especially of the state of Bihar in Patna City?

The Global Open University, Nagaland (A State University built up by the Government of Nagaland) has been enacted by the Nagaland State Legislative Assembly under The Global Open University Act 2006 (Act 3 of 2006) which got the consent of the Governor of Nagaland on 30th August 2006 and was told vide Notification number Law/Act-10/2006 on eighteenth September 2006. The arrangements of The Global Open University Act 2006 were distributed in the Nagaland Official Gazette on eighteenth September 2006 for general data.
