First of all I would like to congratulate you that you have successfully qualified the entrance examination of IBPS.

Now in response of your question here I am providing you with 10 best tips for improving your skills” in group discussion:

1.First I would like to tell you that you should keep eye contact while speaking not only with the evaluator but also with the every team member while speaking.

2) I would like to acknowledge you that Initiating the GD is a big plus but you should avoid speaking without proper subject knowledge which creates a bad impression.

3) After that I would like to tell you that while in a GD you should Allow others to speak and you must not interrupt anyone in-between while speaking.

4) I will advice you that while speaking you should speak politely and clearly and you should use simple and understandable words while Express your feelings calmly and politely.

5) You should make sure to bring the discussion on track and if by any means group is distracting from the topic or goal then simply take initiative to bring the discussion on the track.

6) While during a GD you should have a Positive attitude and you should have a hint of confidence with you. Also you should not try to dominate anyone.

8 ) I advice you to listen carefully to others which will make coherent discussion and you will get involved in the group positivelyas a result you will surely make people agree with you.

9) I must tell you that don’t to go into much details as you have limited time so be precise and convey your thoughts in short and simple language.

10) At last I wouldlike to mention that yours should be a formal dressing and a positive gesture and body language that will make your work easy.
