The Pay Structure for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection SO is Computed considering all the perks offered :

SO Under Scale I is provided — Rs 14,500 – 600/7 – 18,700 – 700/2 – 20,100 -800/7 – 25,700/-approximately.

The cash-in-hand will be around Rs. 24,000-32,000 nearly.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection SO Scale II, the Basic pay given is Rs 19,400 700/1- 20,100 – 800/10 – 28,100/- approximately.

During appointment, salary will be Rs. 34,000-40,000 approximately.

After completion of first year, an increment of Rs. 700 will be due on basic pay.
