International Institute of Information and Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H) B. Tech 2016 Application Form was available till June 10, 2016 for JEE Main 2016 qualified candidates.

Admissions to undergraduate engineering courses at the institute will be done through the following channels - JEE Main 2016, Direct Admissions for Students of Abroad (DASA), Olympiad and NTSE, KVPY (NK).

Through these channels, it offers admissions at around 255 seats for B. Tech programmes.

Undergraduate Admissions 2016

JEE (Main)

Eligibility
Students should take JEE (Main) - 2016 and must separately apply for IIIT-H counseling. Admissions are on the basis of the scores in JEE (Main).

DASA (Direct Admissions for Students of Abroad)

Eligibility
Applicants should have studied 11th and 12th or equivalent outside India (or) must be a foreign passport holder. Further, a minimum of 2000 SAT subject score (Physics+ Chemistry+ Mathematics II) [SAT-II].

The admissions through DASA will be through the subject SAT (SAT II) scores.

The main SAT scores are used to break ties. Anyone who has valid SAT II scores, but have not taken SAT is eligible to apply for admission.

For any tiebreaking purpose, such an applicant's SAT score is treated as missing or equivalently, zero.

Selection Process
The applicants under this category will be called for a personal interview at IIIT-Hyderabad. All details like date, venue, etc. will be mentioned in the interview call letter.
