Eligibility Criteria

-Candidate must be 17 years

-Candidate must have passed Std. XII (HSC or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually with minimum 50% marks in PCB (for MBBS & BDS only)

-Candidates appearing at Std. XII or equivalent examination in March 2016 shall also be eligible to appear for KAIET-2016


Exam Pattern

-One common question paper in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

-200 Multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into 50 questions in Physics, 50 questions in Chemistry and 100 questions in Biology.

-The candidate is expected to attempt all the 200 questions.

-Each correct answer will be given one (1) mark. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

-Duration of examination will be 3 hours.

-The medium of examination will be English only.
