Re: Karnataka Common Entrance Test For Engineering

Well the Karnataka Common Entrance Test is conducted for the purpose of determining the eligibility / merit, for admission of Karnataka candidates to the First year or First semester of full time courses in Engineering


KCET Eligibility criteria

Applicants should have passed 2nd PUC or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subjects with English as one of the languages. Minimum marks to be obtained in optional subjects is 45% (40% for SC, ST, Cat 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates).

Last date to apply for KEA CET 2016 18 Mar 2017

Editing of online application CET-2017

(Making corrections if any) Feb 2017

Last date to pay the Fees in the bank Feb 2017

Download KCET 2016 Admit Card May 2017

Availability of KCET Answer Keys 2017

Last date for submission of objections, if any, regarding Answer Key May 2017

KCET Result declaration May 2017
