Govt of Karnataka generally issue the Exam notification for KARTET regarding Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test for recruiting Teacher posts.

Karnataka TET Exemption
The teachers who are appointed against regular vacancies are exempted from acquiring K-TET.

Karnataka TET Eligibility
- Must have passed 12th with 50% marks or Graduation & Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or B.El.Ed.

KTET Exam Papers Details:
1. Paper I for Primary Classes (Class I to V).
2. Paper II for Teacher of Elementary Class (Class VI to VIII)
