The Department of Psychology was established in 1983 by the Mizoram North Eastern Hill University. This department is provided with as an objective academic excellence in reinforcing teaching of Behavioural Sciences and authentic research, and to extend psychological services to fellow citizen.

Clinical Psychology (Group A)
Organisational Behaviour (Group B)
Counselling Psychology (Group C)
Clinical Psychology course is currently conducted.
