The University College of Engineering, Osmania University invites application form for admission in Part-time M.E / M.Tech Courses in various disciplines of Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Part-Time M.Tech Courses -

M.E (Civil) Structural Engineering (05 seats); Transportation Engineering (05 seats)

M.E. (Electrical) Industrial Drives & Control (15 seats), Power Systems (15 seats)

M.E. (Electronics & Communication Engg (CE) - Digital System Engineering (05 seats); Systems & Signal Processing (05 seats) and Microwave & Radar Engineering (05 seats)

M.E. -Electrical Engg (EE): Industrial Drives & Control (05 Seats); Power Systems (05 Seats)

M.E. - Mechanical Engg (ME): Production Engineering (05 Seats); Automation & Robotics (05 Seats); Turbomachinery (05 Seats)

M. Tech Computer Science & Engg (CSE) (05 Seats); Computer Science & Engineering (05 Seats)

Part-time ME MTech Eligibility Criteria

B.E/ B.Tech of Osmania University in the concerned discipline or its equivalent
AMIE/ AMIETE or equivalent qualifications

For M. Tech (CSE) with specialisation in (Computer Science & Engineering) -

B.E./ B.Tech./ AMIE in any branch of Engg./ Tech (or) Equivalent Masters Degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Applied Physics, Geophysics, M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.), M.Sc. (Information Systems), (Computer Applications and Electronics) and MCA (or) Equivalent
Minimum of one year experience

Part-time ME MTech Admission Procedure

Admissions to all programmes will be based on the performance at the entrance test

Candidates who secure a minimum of 36% marks in the Entrance Test under General and Backward class category and 15% marks under the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe Category will be considered for admission

Fees-

Rs.35000/- Tuition fee per semester
Rs.7500/- One Time Autonomous fee
Rs.1000/- Counseling fee (in Cash)

Tuition Fee/One Time Autonomous Fee amounting to Rs.42500/- should be paid in the forms of DD drawn in favour of "The Principal, University College of Engineering, OU" payable at Hyderabad
