Here are the guidelines
The programme is for 28 working days unless the University notifies otherwise.

It is to be undertaken during the vacation between January to March and is compulsory for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) students from third year onwards and for students of LL.M. in their first year.

Split internships are allowed with permission from the concerned Class Internship Coordinator.

In case of a split internship, two diaries must be submitted although the total number of case notes remains two. Only official diaries must be used.

In case a student participates in an exchange programme or a moot etc., and is unable to undertake the internship in January-March, it may be undertaken in the June break preceding or following that academic year.

The same rule would apply to students undertaking exchange programmes or moots in any other year.
