Hello, here I am providing you the details of the ABSN course at the Pacific Lutheran University as under: About the course: The Basic BSN program is a three-year program (after completion of prerequisite courses) designed for students with no previous preparation in nursing. Essential qualifications: The Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing and the Doctor of Nursing Practice signify that the holder of the degree from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) is prepared to practice as a Registered Nurse and/or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Washington. Nurses must be educated to assimilate clinical, classroom, and laboratory knowledge, acquire skills, critically think and develop judgment through patient care experiences in preparation for semi-autonomous and independent practice, based on the level of nursing preparation.
