RBS Sold To Ratnakar Bank
Hello sir, I’m customer of Ratnakar bank and looking for plan of Ratnakar plan. Is there any one can tell me which plan is sold by RBS to Ratnakar bank?

As per my searching I’m founded detail from previous news the Royal Bank of Scotland was agreed to sell its business banking, credit cards business and mortgage portfolio to Kolhapur-based Ratnakar Bank, one of the smallest private lenders in India. The deal is result in 1.2 lakh customers of RBS, one of the world's largest banking groups till 2008, moving to Ratnakar Bank had customers largely in and around Western Maharashtra. The transaction, which is subject to approval from the Competition Commission of India, is part of RBS's three-year-old plan to exit from its retail and commercial business. According to RBI data, RBS had 89,604 credit cards and 2,44,862 debit cards as of June 2013. The bank also had 35 on-site and 85 off-site ATMs. The British bank will not be transferring its ATMs or offices but will consolidate 31 branches into 10 locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Vadodara.
