Sponge Iron India Limited SIIL is a twenty-seven year old enterprise with Government of India (GoI) ownership of 98.7% and the remaining held by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP).

The company has a captive power plant to produce 4.5-5 MW of power.

The company has an installed annual capacity to manufacture 60,000 TPA of sponge Iron in Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh.
