Hey Buddy!! TOEFL Stand for Test of English as a Foreign Language. It is one of such exams, which is conducted every year to judge the comprehensive understanding of English as a language among those students who wish to pursue higher education in foreign countries. The exam is taken to test reading, listening, speaking and writing skills of aspiring students. The TOEFL test is developed and administered by the US-based "Educational Testing Service" (ETS) Eligibility and Fees Anyone and everyone is eligible for taking the TOEFL test - there are no restrictions based on age or qualifications. The test scores are valid for two years, i.e., most universities accept scores up to two years old.
