Re: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board is a State Level Medical Entrance Exam.

It is organized to offer Admission in Various Undergraduate Courses Such as MBBS and BDS seats in Central and state government colleges.

WBJEE is organized by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB)

Eligibility Criteria ;

Candidates need to be a minimum of 17 years

Those of you who have cleared in Higher Secondary Certificate examination or its equivalent examination can apply for the examination.

Candidates need to have cleared 10+2 examination with at least 50% in PCB. Whereas for SC/ST category minimum marks are 40% and for OBC category minimum marks are 45%

Medical/Dental/Pharmacy Rs. 500

WBJEE Medical 2017 application Begins from First week of January, 2017

Last date for WBJEE Medical 2017 form fill-up and registration Last week of February, 2017

Last date of fee payment First week of March, 2017

Last date of printing of WBJEE Medical 2017 confirmation page Last week of April, 2017

Window for correction (based on board’s feedback and self-induced errors) along with uploading of correct certificates etc. by candidates 2nd week of March, 2017

WBJEE MBBS Exam Pattern

The WBJEE Medical Exam Pattern consists of 250 multiple choice objective type questions, where 150 questions would be of Biology, and 100 each of Physics and Chemistry.

The test is divided into two parts:
Paper I – Biology will be conducted on day 1 for 3 hours duration
Paper II – Paper 2, i.e. of Physics and Chemistry
The distribution of subject and question is as follows:

Questions will be based on three categories as specified below:
