Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer based selection test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for their business administration programs,

CAT Eligibility:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) category)

Exam pattern:

CAT was divided into three sections:

Quantitative Aptitude
Data Interpretation
Data Sufficiency
Verbal Ability
Reading Comprehension
Logical Reasoning and
Analytical Reasoning

Exam dates:

CAT Normally Conducted Every Year During a 21 Days Testing Window In The Month Of October And November

A candidate can appear only once During 21 Day Window The Test Score Is Valid For Admission To The Forthcoming Academic Year Only.
