Will you please tell me how can I get admission in second year polytechnic course after 12th???????

You can't directly admit to 2nd year Polytechnic, for admission into polytechnic 1st year you have to appear in polytechnic entrance examination. If you are selected in entrance then only you can admit to polytechnic institute.

If you have passed XII with engineering stream, after completing your polytechnic course you can directly admit to 2nd Year (3 SEM) B.E course through entrance exam

Doing diploma can never be sufficient for a good career. At a later stage you would realize the need of graduation degree so I will suggest you to go for Engineering degree directly
