Eligibiltiy
Post-graduate degree holders with at least 55% of marks (50% in the case of SC/ST Candidates) or equivalent CGPA in the concerned subject or in an allied su bject or any other PG Degree recognised by the University as equivalent thereto prescribed in eligibility criteria can apply for full-time M. Phil. / Ph.D. degree. They must qualify in AURCET.

Important Dates

Last date for receipt of filled-in Applications without late fee : 28-07-2016

Last Date for receipt of filled-in Applications with a late fee of Rs.1500/- : 04-08-2016

Date of Counseling for Extramural / Fellowship Holders : 13-08-2016

Documents required
1. Candidates with qualifying degrees from the Universities outside Andhra Pradesh have to produce equivalency certificate from Andhra University.
2. Provisional or original Certificate and marks statements of qualifying
examination.[Candidates are expected to submit the consolidated statement of marks].
3. Transfer certificate from the institution where last studied.
4. Date of birth certificate (S.S.C. / Equivalent Certificate)
5. Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / BC Candidates.
6. Migration certificate in case of candidates from other Universities.
7. Four recent passport size photos.
8. Proceedings of the Vice-Chancellor for recognition of research centre (for Extramural Candidates).
9. Proceedings of the Vice-Chancellor for recognition of research guide (for Extramural Candidates).
10. Acceptance letters from proposed internal and external guides.
11. Service Cum-No objection certificate (for Extramural Candidates).
12. Fellowship award letter (for Extramural / Project Fellows / Fellowship holders).
