A BITSAT exam is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, the BITS HD Admission Test.

This is the entrance tests for admissions to the post graduation programmes offered at the various campuses of BITs.

Exam Pattern:

The exam will have two parts with 3 marks for each correct answer.
Negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer will be levied.

Part 1: Duration of 60 minutes.
Candidates have to answer 60 questions as mentioned with each section consisting of 15 questions

Core Physics
English Language Skills & Principles of Management
Computer Programming

Part II: This part will be for 120 minutes and candidates have to answer 100 questions
It is a compulsory test for students based on the qualifying degree programme
Candidates who have applied for Software systems are exempt from this section
