Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Planning

Bachelor's degree in any non engineering discipline with 2 years experience OR
Certificate holders of graduate programmes of NICMAR.

b. For Graduate Programmes

Diploma in any branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Planning OR
Bachelor's degree in any non engineering discipline with 2 years work experience in a construction firm.

One year part time week-end Post Graduate Programmes-
