BPCL reserves the right to extend the closing time of one or all the lots during the auction time as considered appropriate.
BPCL also reserves the right to change the start bid price during the auction time and before close of auction time as considered appropriate.
Once bids are given during the online auction, they cannot be revised downwards which may kindly be noted

Training to all participating bidders 01.02.2016 - 02.02.2016.
Auction date and time 04.02.2016, 10.00 hrs onwards
Last date to receive documents and EMD for participation was 01.02.2016 up to 3.00 PM
