Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) is a AP State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy and Planning (ME / M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy/Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate)) Courses :

Eligibility Criteria :

Applicant should be an Indian Citizen.

Candidates should possess Andhra Pradesh domicile and must meet the confined or non-local status necessities as prescribed in the regulations of admission.

Candidate should have scored at least of 50% marks (45% for candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in B.Tech/ B.E./AMIE in the relevant disciplines

Application Fee:

Applicants have to pay the fee of Rs. 600/- for unreserved category candidates and Rs. 300/- for reserved category candidates.

Exam Pattern

The examination of AP PGECET will consists of 120 multiple choice questions.

The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours, and the exam will be conducted in 2 shifts: forenoon and afternoon.

The timing of forenoon will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and afternoon timing will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

For each right answer, one mark will be awarded and the cutoff mark in the test will be 25%. The language of the question paper of the entrance exam of AP PGECET will be English only.
