ING VYSYA Bank in 2014 merge with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Kotak Mahindra Bank is the fourth largest Indian private sector bank by market capitalization, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As per my knowledge there is no position of Chief Information Officer in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Board of Directors of this Bank are: Dr. Shankar Acharya, Non-Executive Chairman Mr. Uday Kotak, Executive Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Mr. C. Jayaram, Joint Managing Director Mr. Dipak Gupta, Joint Managing Director Mr. Asim Ghosh Mr. Prakash Apte Mr. Amit Desai Mr. Narendra P.
