The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship program 2013 of IIMB or Indian Institute of Management Bangalore was held from 18th – 20th March 2013.

Scope & Objectives of the Programme

3 day Faculty Development Programme in Governance, Ethics and Responsibility is designed to provide precise training and inputs to assist participants enhance and enrich their knowledge and teaching skills in this field.

It covers issues in corporate governance, stakeholder management, business ethics; business and society; and sustainability.

It also cover aspects related to effective delivery of courses including subject content, developing teaching materials and pedagogy.

Delivery skills improvements are through interactive sessions and other pedagogical approaches.

The approach throughout it would be to encourage intra-group learning and build on the participants’ strengths and expertise for common benefit.


Participant Profile & Eligibility Criteria

Teaching faculty in Business Schools and University Departments / Colleges offering courses in Management Studies or Business Administration and PhD Scholars from recognized Universities (including those about to qualify) intending to pursue an academic career are invited to attend.
