CSUS EMBA Selecting strong candidates for admission to the EMBA program is critical to the impact of the program and the quality of other group members’ experience. It has adopted a portfolio approach that takes into account four primary areas of evaluation when making admission decisions: 1. Professional Experience Length, breadth, and depth of professional and managerial experience, and potential for career development 2. Academic Qualifications: A baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association, previous graduate-level coursework, and performance on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) 3. Additional Relevant Criteria Potential contribution to learning experience in the program, maturity and motivation, ability and willingness to commit the required time and energy to the program, community service and professional activities, and support of an applicant’s employing organization. 4. Personal interview to ascertain candidate suitability. Program Fee: The current total fee is $36,300 including tuition, textbooks, course materials, international study trip, career workshops and miscellaneous fees. Fees are subject to annual increases. Program Fee Payment Schedule: Students make fourteen (14) payments for the program. The first payment of $1,300 is for the Orientation and Boot Camp classes. Payments for all other courses are based on $875 per academic unit. The majority of classes are three (3) units and the culminating project is four (4 units). Each payment is due prior to the first day of class. If the student is sponsored by an employer, a letter of credit or purchase order must be presented at the time of enrollment. Financial Aid is not accepted up front in lieu of payment. |
