As a fully residential collegiate system, the IIML or Indian Institute of Management Lucknow provides housing to its students, faculty and research scholars.

While it has separate sports fields for Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton, most of the hostels has its own table tennis and badminton court.

A fitness and recreation centre (Umang) was set up in 2010, which has its gymnasium, swimming pool, Squash and Billiards.

The multipurpose utility hall (Samanjasya) is used to host most of the cultural activities in the campus. It has a health centre with residential and visiting doctors available round the clock.

It also has an ambulance to reach associated hospitals. The two guest houses Chanakya and Patanjali have a total of 128 serviced rooms.

It has a students activities complex which houses two banks, a medical shop, a travel agency, a super market, a post office, a saloon, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor and three restaurants.

A Central school (Kendriya Vidyalaya) was established opposite the campus as a community school
