The Department of Polymer Science and Rubber Technology offers B.Tech in Polymer Science and Engineering program of duration 4 years.

B.Tech in Polymer Science and Engineering

The B.Tech course in Polymer Science and Engineering is an eight semester programme.

The number of seats available for the course is 20

Eligibility-

Pass in Plus Two examination of the State of Kerala with mathematics, Physics and chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto securing a minimum of 50 % marks in mathematics and 50% marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry put together.

Admission Procedure-

Admission is based on the CAT (Common Admission Test) conducted by the University) ranking.

CAT examination is usually conducted in the month of May. Applications will be available during January/February.

Upto 20% of the seats will be reserved for candidates sponsored by public/private sector industries or research and development establishments in the field of Polymer Science/Technology
