Previous Registrar of the Osmania University E. Suresh Kumar assumed responsibility as Vice-Chancellor of the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) on 23rd June 2017. He succeeds Prof. Sunaina Singh, who finished her term and was designated Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University.

Prof. Kumar, who hails from Warangal region did his M.A. what's more, Ph.D from the Osmania University. He has 27 years of showing knowledge and 20 years of managerial involvement in Osmania University where he acted as the Registrar. He has distributed 30 books and 21 inquire about articles and guided numerable understudies in the field of English Language Training and writing.

He additionally held a few positions in the college as the Director, District PG Colleges, Head of the Department of English, Director of English Language Training Center, Director of Center for English Language Training, Students Advisor of PG College of Science among others.
