Eligibility
B.Tech Admission
The Institute offers 4-year B.Tech. program to which admission is made through a Joint Entrance Examination conducted on an All India level.

The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent. Those appearing in 10+2 final or equivalent examination may also appear in JEE (Screening Test and Main Examination) for consideration of provisional admission.

M.Tech Admission
Admissions are offered once a year (for the semester starting in the month of July in that year). Candidates are selected on the basis of GATE score and called in the month of April for written test and/or interview in the month of May.

Some of these candidates, with exceptional performance in their qualifying degree, may be offered direct admission in the month of April. Admissions based on written test and/or interview are offered after about two weeks of test/interview.
