THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION was started during the 6th Five Year Plan under the Faculty of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences. Presently , the Department of Education is running Master of Education (M.Ed) programme of one year duration on regular basis with the intake capacity of 30 seats .
