Hello sir, is there any one can provide me notification for Implementation of Fair Wage Policy In ONGC?

The ONGC was updates its implementation of Fair Wage Policy In ONGC in 28.10.2013.

A tripartite settlement between the National Union of ONGC Employees and the Contractor, namely Amity Services, New Delhi, was signed before the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), Dehradun.

Under this settlement, the contract workers of the contractor are get the benefits of Fair Wages, viz Minimum wages, 35% over and above the minimum wages, Rs 50 per working day for every employee, Annual Leave with wages equivalent to 18 days wages, Applicable EPF and ESI benefits, Annual Bonus, Group Gratuity policy benefits, Group Insurance policy with double accident benefits, etc.

Under this settlement, these workers also get the arrears payment w.e.f. 1/4/2014, which was in the range of Rs 18 to 20 lakhs.
