The reimburse full fee for all the students who secure ranks below 10,000 in common entrance tests (CETs) like Eamcet, ICET etc and take admissions in convenor quota in the counselling conducted by the government.

Eligibility
Students have to submit their study record of the last seven years.

If already, a student of Telangana for 4 years out of 7 years, they will be treated as local and their reimbursements will be given.

TS local students taking admissions in AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling.

TS local students applying to AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling are also eligible for fee reimbursement.

As per the decision, the policy entails;
Top 1000 ECET rankers – Full fee reimbursement

Below 10,000 rank in CET – Full fee reimbursement

Above 10,000 rank in CET – RS 35000 will be reimbursed, the rest to be paid by students.

SC and ST students – Full fee reimbursement, irrespective of their ranks.

Annual income limit for eligibility to fee reimbursement is;
RS 2 lakh -SCs, STs, OBCs and Minorities.

RS 1 lakh – EBC (Extremely Backward Class)
