Eligibility
Permanent resident of the Jammu and & Kashmir.

Passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.A. or equivalent examination from a recognized University/Institution .

Obtained minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
