The Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III is a dispatch vehicle created by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

It is planned to dispatch satellites into geostationary circle and as a launcher for an Indian team vehicle. The GSLV-III components an Indian cryogenic third stage and a higher payload limit than the current GSLV

The GSLV venture was started in the 1990s when India confirmed that the nation required its own dispatch capacity for Geosynchronous Satellites to end up autonomous from other dispatch suppliers.
