The programme is structured to prepare NICMAR graduates for undertaking professional responsibilities demanding high proficiency in skills of application of latest technology, people management, project finance, international markets -all with a special reference to infrastructure development and real estate projects

Eligibility Criteria :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Admission Will Be Based on the Entrance Exam NCAT

Format of the Exam :

i. NICMAR Common Admission Test(NCAT) 150 marks
a) Quantitative and Analytical Ability 60 marks
b) Data Interpretation 30 marks
c) Verbal and General Ability 60 marks
TOTAL MARKS 250 MARKS


Admission Weightage
Personal Interview (PI) 50 marks
iii. Rating of Application (RA) 50 marks
