Post Graduate Programmes in Advanced Construction Management PGP ACM program

Two-year, full time, residential Programme for degree holders, offered from Pune, Goa(Farmagudi), Hyderabad(Shamirpet) and Delhi NCR(Bahadurgarh).

This inter-disciplinary programme of studies builds upon the concepts and methodologies of management, engineering, architecture, law, information technology, social and behavioral sciences and combines theory with practical experience and research work.

Duration – 2 years

Eligibility-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

Selection criteria-

Selection of students is made by the selection committee.

Admissions are administered centrally from Pune campus.

Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of documents submitted.

Candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) (or, other entrance examinations as specified below), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).

The details are as follows:

TOTAL MARKS 250 MARKS
i. NICMAR Common Admission Test(NCAT) 150 marks
a) Quantitative and Analytical Ability 60 marks
b) Data Interpretation 30 marks
c) Verbal and General Ability 60 marks

OR, Candidate may also submit valid CAT / GATE / GMAT / CMAT scores

ii. Personal Interview (PI) 50 marks
iii. Rating of Application (RA) 50 marks

The RA is calculated on the basis of weighted scores of the cumulative academic performance along with work experience obtained from the documents submitted to NICMAR by the candidates.

Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit.

The merit list is drawn on the basis of performance in NCAT/CAT/GATE/ GMAT/CMAT, PI and RA.

Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit.
