IAS Philosophy Notes Free Download

I have done MA Degree with Philosophy discipline. Now I have applied for IAS Exam and doing its preparation. I need important notes of Philosophy subject for this Exam, so tell me from where I can free download important notes of this Exam? If you have its previous year question papers, so also provide it.
