As you want to know about home loan of IDBI bank so here I am providing you home loan details:- Home Loans(Floating):- If home loan is Up to Rs. 75 lakhs then rate of interest:- 10.50 % (Linked to BR) If home loan is Rs. 75 lakhs and above then interest rate :- 10.75% (Linked to BR). If home loan is Fixed for 3 years & Fixed for 5 years :- 11.50% (BR+1%) for all loan slabs (At the end of fixed periods applicable floating rate of interest will be BR +1%) For other details I am giving an attachment. |
