Hey , for getting admission at IIIT Bangalore in Integrated M.Tech course score of Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) entrance exam is required and for getting admission in M.Tech in IT or M.Tech in ESD score of GATE entrance exam is required .

GATE paper allowed as :

For M.Tech in IT
CS – Computer Science and IT
EC – Electronics and Communication Engineering
EE – Electrical Engineering

For M.Tech in ESD
EC – Electronics and Communication Engineering
IN – Instrumentation Engineering

Eligibility Criteria:

For Integrated M.Tech:
First-class in 10 + 2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics as one of the subjects of study .
Or
3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

For M.Tech in IT & ESD
B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent degree in relevant discipline .

Obtained 65% in four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering.
