Indian Railway – TTE/TC Exam Eligibility
hii sir, I wants to apply for the TTE/TC Exam of the Indian railway will you please provide me the Eligibility criteria for the Examination ? Ticket collector is a post in Indian railways in which you are appointed to check the tickets of the passengers travelling in Indian Railways this is considered as ‘Group C’ job in RRB. the Eligibility criteria and other information about the examination are as follow : Educational qualification– Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/university/institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks. For SC/ST candidates 50% aggregate is not mandatory. General Awareness: Current national and international affairs. Financial and economic news. Awards and honors. Inventions and discoveries [ Science] Sports information. Authors of books. Important dates. National and international organizations. Arithmetic: General Maths. Ratio and proportionality. HCF and LCM. Simple Algebra. Fractions. Time and distance, Time and work. Decimal. Mensuration. Interest and Percentage. General Science: Under this section of the syllabus the questions regarding general science are asked. General Intelligence: Under this section of the syllabus the questions regarding general science are asked. Selection procedure: Selection of railway ticket examiner will be based on written examination followed by medical examination and verification of documents. Written examination will be of 100 marks for the duration of 90 minutes. Exam will be of multiple choice objective types. Examination will be based on general awareness, arithmetic, general intelligence and reasoning.
