IPU Common Entrance Test CET exam is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for admission in various UG, PG, courses in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Management, Medical, Humanities etc. IPU CET exam Eligibility Criteria For B.Tech (Lateral entry for diploma holders) - Three years diploma in engineering with securing at least 60% marks. For B.Tech (Lateral entry for B.Sc Graduates) B.Sc graduates with obtaining 60% marks with pass in Mathematics from any recognized university. For B.Tech 12th or equivalent exam pass with physics, chemistry, mathematics, english subjects with at least 55% marks. For M.Tech B.Tech/BE/ ETE/AMIE Graduate/ M.Sc/ MCA/ MCA (SE) passed with securing 60% marks. For MBA Bachelor degree from any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate For MCA Bachelor degree from any discipline with minimum 50% marks Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam with English and Mathematics subjects. For BCA - Pass in 12th or equivalent exam with securing at least 55% marks with pass in English and Mathematics. For BBA- 12th or equivalent exam passed with obtaining minimum 50% marks and should also have passed English as a elective subject. For MBBS - 10+2 or equivalent exam passed with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english subjects. Candidates must have secured 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English for general candidates (40% marks for OBC/SC/ST candidates). For BDS - 12th or equivalent examination passed with physics, chemistry, biology and English. Students must have obtained minimum 50% marks together in physics, chemistry, biology and English for general candidates (40% for OBC/SC/ST candidates). Exam Pattern The time of IPU CET examination will be 3 hours with 300 multiple choice questions of 900 marks. The medium of answering the paper will be English only. The question will be asked from the syllabus of 11 and 12 standard based on physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM).
