Goa Common Entrance Test GCET 2016 is the state level common entrance test conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Goa for admission in to various under graduate professional degree courses like Engineering, Medical, and Architecture.

GCET exam 2016 was conducted on 10 and 11th May, 2016

GCET Exam eligibility Criteria-

Candidates should have passed/appearing class 12th or equivalent having English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology/Biotechnology as the subjects.

For MBBS/BDS courses the candidate must have competed the age of 17 years age

For Engineering and Architecture courses there is no age limit for admission in these courses.

Candidates must belong to Goa state, having valid domicile of Goa.

Exam Pattern-

The exam consist of four papers from Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology, there will be 75 questions from each section, carrying one mark each.

Each paper was of 2 hour, there will no negative marking in the examination

The question paper was come from the syllabus of class 11th and 12th.
