Stress Management And Stress Boosters

As we had long class hours – beginning from 6.00 am to 10.30 pm, in our academy, we were given an hour long break every 4 hours

. I would utilize this break to fullest and play table tennis inside our academy itself. My greatest stress buster was playing cricket with my friends.

Actually, we used to get break for a day after every 15 days, which we would utilize in outdoor games and I always used to go for cricket.
