Departmentation: Importance-Methods of Departmentation-Span of
Control: V.A. Graicuna’s Theory- Factors Determining Span of Control;
Delegation: Concept- Process-Advantages and Principles of Effective
Delegation; Decentralization: Concept- When to Decentralize and How to
Decentralize; Line and Staff: Concept-Reasons for Conflicts between Line
and Staff and Measures to Overcome; Committees- Reasons for using
