The Madras High Court on Wednesday issued notification to the Tamil Nadu government on a request documented by senior DMK pioneer T.K.S. Elangovan testing the arrangement of supporters professedly owing dependability to the AIADMK as individuals from Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.

At the point when the matter came up before Justice R. Subbaiah, Advocate-General A.L. Somayaji, who showed up for the benefit of the State, presented that the arrangements had as of now been made.

The judge then guided the AG to record the counter by March 4, 2016 and issued notification to the backers and people in general administration commission.

Showing up in the interest of Mr. Elangovan, a previous MP, senior direction P. Wilson contended that the sacred trust that was rested on the Chief Secretary "has been broken for political reasons".

The fundamental standard for the arrangements was their loyalty to the AIADMK party, the solicitor claimed.

The promoters, who were designated as individuals from TNPSC, have no involvement in organization, the solicitor guaranteed.
