Should have complete Science Graduate including Medical & Engineering Graduate
With at least 50% marks in graduate program

Process to apply
Forms and Prospectus can be obtained in person from the P.G. Central Office, Sambalpur University from 25.5.2005 on payment of Rs.400/- only or by Registered Post on application by sending unstamped self addressed envelope (30 cm X 20 cm) along with a crossed Bank draft for Rs.475/- only payable to the “Chairman, P.G. Council” at State Bank of India, Jyoti Vihar Branch or UCO Bank, Katapali Branch.

The Application form filled in all respect by the applicant must reach the “Head, Department of Life Sciences, Sambalpur University” on or before 23.6.2005 along with all required documents and a crossed bank draft or Banker’s Cheque or Manager’s Cheque for Rs.200/- in favour of “Chairman, P.G. Council” on State Bank of India, Jyoti Vihar Branch or U.CO Bank, Katapali Branch.
