IT&C Department , Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has initiated Civil Registration System-Unified Births & Deaths Registration ,a Flagship project, for Computerization of Civil Registrations for RLBs and ULBs.

Registration of births and deaths is done under the Registration of Birth and Death Act, 1969.

In am telling you the process to get the Birth Registration form

Go to the official website of Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration
Government of Telangana

Then click on tab “Unified Birth & Death” from the left side of the page

Then a new page will open




on this page enter the following details-
