NEET Exam of Maharashtra
I want to do MBBS from Mumbai University so I am preparing for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Can you provide me important date of NEET examination like entrance examination date and last date of application form?

The NEET Exam of Maharashtra is conducted for admission in college in Maharashtra. The Maharashtra University of Health Science Nashik (MAH) and Central Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct NEET (UG) for admission in MBBS/ BDS courses in Maharashtra State. Courses Offered: NEET UG – MBBS and BDS Number of Seats Offered: 52,305 seats for MBBS and BDS Duration of Course: MBBS: 4½ years with 1 year compulsory rotating internship BDS: 4 years with 1 year compulsory rotating internship Exam Duration: NEET UG – 3 hours NEET PG – 3 hours 30 mins Age Limit: Minimum – The minimum age limit is 17 years Maximum – The maximum age limit is 25 years for general candidates 30 years for reserved categories Attempts: Candidates may attempt the exam only 3 times untill cross the maximum age limit. NEET will be counted as 1 Attempt for all the candidates. Qualification: Students must have passed/appearing 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology or any other elective subject with English. Percentage Criteria: Students must have secured minimum 50% marks in PCB group for general candidates and 45% (for general PH) and 40% (for SC/ST/OBC categories). Important dates: NEET 2017 Notification 31st January 2017 (Declared) Last date to submit the application form (without late fee) 1st March 2017 Admit Card Release Date 15th April 2017 NEET 2017 Exam Date 7th May 2017 Result Declared 8th June 2017 |
