No, fella AIIMS does not offer admission in MDS post graduate program through NEET because AIIMS offer admission it self and here I will get details.

Eligibility
Candidate must possess a MBBS degree from a recognized university by Medical Council of India if they are seeking an admission to MD/MS programmes

For JulySession: Candidate must have completed the required 12 Months rotating internship/practical training on or before July, 2016 if they are applying for AIIMS PG 2016 for July session

The candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in MBBS if he/she belongs to general category or an aggregate of 50% marks if he/she belongs to SC/ST category

Method of Selection
Selection will be made entirely on the basis of merit in the entrance examination and the choice of subject will be allocated on the basis of personal counseling.

The entrance test for MD/MS will consist of one paper of 180 Minutes duration containing 200 multiple choice questions covering all the subjects taught at M.B.B.S. level.

The entrance test for MDS will consist of one paper of 90 minutes duration containing 90 multiple choice questions covering all the subjects taught at BDS level.

There is 1/3 negative marking for every wrong answer in the test.

Fees
The Application-cum-Examination Fee is Rs.1000/- (Rs.800/- in case of SC/ST candidates)

PWD (Person with distability) candidates are exempted from Application-cum-Exam Fee
